Ryan Fagen is a Graduate Assistant in Equipment Operations at Marshall University, where he supports daily logistics and gear management for NCAA athletic programs.
Prior to joining Marshall, Ryan gained hands-on experience at the University of Miami, Florida International University, and the University of Florida, contributing to equipment operations for multiple Division I teams including a national championship basketball program.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Sport and Fitness Administration from the University of Miami and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Leadership at Marshall University.
