ANN ARBOR, Mich.-The Marshall University Golf Team is tied for 12th place with an 18 over par score of 302 after one day of action at the University of Michigan?s Wolverine Invitational, which will be completed with 18 holes of action on Sunday.
Minnesota leads the field after the first 18 holes of action with a one over par score of 285, while Michigan State and Ball State are seven strokes back in second place.
Marshall?s top individual thus far is senior Brian Perry, a New Smyrna Beach, Fla., native, who recorded a 73 on the day.
