Byron Carmichael Named Men's Soccer Player of the Week

Cleveland, Ohio-Marshall University men?s soccer forward Byron Carmichael was selected Player of the Week by the Mid-American Conference for the second time this season.
Carmichael scored all three of the Thundering Herd?s goals in the victory over Elon. The three goals gives him 53 for his career, a current Marshall and conference record. He now has 117 career points and currently trails only Steve Klein of Bowling Green, who holds the current conference record with 119.
Marshall returns to action against defending MAC champion Kentucky at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, October 18, in Lexington, Ky.
