Men's Golf Team Readies for Adams Cup

The Thundering Herd men's golf team will participate in the University of Rhode Island's Adams Cup in Newport, Rhode Island, Tuesday through Wednesday.

Brad Tweel, Derek Hurwitch, Ben Minyard, Ryan Stewart, Drew Whitten and Jeremy Graham have made the trip and will represent Marshall in the tournament.

Marshall is one of 17 teams competing in the 54-hole tournament. The field includes: Georgia, Georgia State, Furman, East Tennessee, East Carolina, Connecticut, Kentucky, Louisville, Marshall, Michigan State, Ole Miss, Rhode Island, South Florida, Texas A&M, Virginia, Virginia Tech, and Yale.
