Golf Team Travels to Ohio State

Marshall University?s men?s golf team will participate in the Ohio State University?s Kepler Invitational April 12-14 at the Ohio State Scarlet Course in Columbus (Par 71, 7,231 yards).
The Thundering Herd?s five man travel squad of Burke Spensky, Aaron Williams, Steve Sisson, Brian Perry, and Drew Whitten will compete against a powerful field that features some of the nation?s top collegiate golf programs.
The 18-school field includes: Auburn, Colorado, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kent State, Marshall, Miami (Ohio), Michigan, Michigan State, Northwestern, Ohio State, Purdue, Southern California, Texas A&M, Toledo, UNLV, and Wisconsin.
The 54-hole tournament begins Friday with the first round set to start at 8 a.m. The second 18-holes will be played Saturday with the third and final round set for Sunday.
