Seven Seniors Stomp Their Way Into the 2003 Season

Seven seniors and the rest of the Herd stomp into the regular season this weekend. |
Marshall Women's Soccer officially kicks off its season tomorrow, August 29, in West Lafayette, IN against the Boilermakers of the Big Ten Conference.
The match will start at 4 p.m.
Purdue won its invitational last year against Mid American Conference Buffalo and is ranked 4th in the Big Ten preseason poll this season.
The Boilermakers defeated the Ohio Bobcats on August 24th in overtime.
On Sunday, August 31, the Herd will take on Missouri Valley Conference foe Drake University.
Drake was tabbed the number one first year Women's soccer Division I program in 2002 by Soccer Buzz magazine.
Drake returns all 11 starters from that squad, including five all-conference players.
The match with Drake will begin at 1 p.m.
