Furman Invitational Awaits Men's Golf Team

GREENVILLE, S.C. - The Marshall men's golf team heads to Greenville, S.C., and the campus of Furman University for this weekend's Furman Invitational.

The Herd competes Friday through Sunday in three rounds of play in a tournament that fields 19 teams. Tee times for the first round Friday are still to be determined at the 6,800 yard, par 72, Furman University Golf Course.

Virginia Tech has won the last three Furman Invitationals dating back to the spring of 2001. The Hokies are also a part of the 2004 field.
