Herd's Doubleheader at Radford Postponed Tuesday

RADFORD, Va. - Wintry weather has forced the Marshall Thundering Herd's 2 p.m. doubleheader at Radford University to be postponed Tuesday. A make-up date has yet to be determined.

The Herd (16-12) is schedule to travel to Blacksburg, Va., to face ACC power Virginia Tech (19-7) Wednesday at 2 p.m.

Fans are reminded that live stats for the Herd's doubleheader at Virginia Tech will be available at http://live.hokiesports.com/softball/live. A live radio broadcast of the games will be streamed over the internet at http://hokietv.com/softball.

Following its trip to Southwest Virginia, the Thundering Herd returns to action this weekend when it hosts UAB in a three-game Conference USA series at Dot Hicks Field. The series begins with a single game Friday at 6 p.m., followed by a 1 p.m. doubleheader Saturday. All three games will be broadcast live by WMUL 88.1 FM.
