Marshall Women's Soccer Makes Changes to Schedule

HUNTINGTON, W.Va.- The Thundering Herd women's soccer team has announced four changes to the 2006 schedule. Three of the four adjustments are changes in the starting times, while the fourth is a date change.

The match with Pittsburgh at Pittsburgh, Pa., on Sept. 9 has been pushed back an hour from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Delaware State will now face Marshall at Sam Hood Field on Sept. 25 at 4 p.m. The game was originally slated for Sept. 17 at noon.

On Oct. 15 UCF and the Herd will meet at noon instead of 4 p.m. and on Oct. 29 UTEP and Marshall will kickoff at noon instead of the previous start time of 1 p.m. Both games are at Sam Hood Field.

Marshall opens the 2006 season on Aug. 18 with an exhibition game against Ohio University at Sam Hood Field starting at 7 p.m. All games at Sam Hood Field are free to the public.
