Marshall Hosts Tulane for CSTV Match Up

HUNTINGTON - The Marshall Thundering Herd volleyball team (10-6, 2-0 C-USA) will be making its first appearance of 2006 on national television Sunday, Sept. 24 at 6 p.m. The Herd will be taking on the Tulane Green Wave (5-5, 1-0 C-USA) in Huntington at the Cam Henderson Center and CSTV will be on hand to broadcast the match live nationally.
This will be the third Conference USA match of the season for Marshall. The Herd is returning home from a successful trip to UTEP, for its second home match of the season.
Marshall's head coach Mitch Jacobs will be looking to gain win No. 100 on the Herd's sidelines.
Admission is free and there are numerous promotions scheduled for Sunday's match including free t-shirts for the first 400 fans in attendance. Other prizes and contests will be happening throughout the night.
