Marshall Men's Golf Readies for Kepler Intercollegiate

HUNTINGTON, W.Va. - Marshall University's men's golf team will compete in the Robert Kepler Intercollegiate at the Ohio State University's Scarlet Course Saturday and Sunday.
The tournament will feature a 13-team field competing on the par 71, 7,455-yard Scarlet Course at The Ohio State University Golf Club. Teams will play 54 holes over two days, beginning with 36 holes Saturday and concluding with a final 18 Sunday. The event is the final home tournament for 36-year Buckeye head coach Jim Brown.
Marshall faces a strong field in its final tournament before next week's Conference USA Championships. The field includes the host Buckeyes, Iowa , Kent State, Minnesota, Northwestern, Notre Dame, Penn State, Temple, Wisconsin, East Tennessee State, Eastern Michigan, Middle Tennessee State and UT-Chattanooga.
Marshall's five-man travel squad consists of Nathan Kinker, Christian Brand, Bennett Boyer, Ryan Brookshire and Bosten Miller.
