Hively Named MU Student-Athlete of the Week

In her most impressive career performance, the redshirt sophomore made her first career start at designated player - for the week going 3-for-4 with a team-best .750 batting average, 2.500 slugging, .857 on-base percentage. Hively also recorded two runs, a double, two home runs, and four RBI. In the Herd's shutout against Belmont she homered on her first pitch of her at-bat, eventually going 2-for-3 with three RBI in the contest. Hively came back in the next game against tournament-host Auburn to repeat on her first pitch with her third-career homer.
