Miller Matches Career-Low Round at ODU/OBX Day 2

POWELLS POINT, N.C. - Senior Jacob Miller (Pataskala, Ohio) matched his career-best round of 72 for Marshall men's golf to card 1-over-par on the second day of the ODU/Outerbanks Intercollegiate at Kilmarlic Golf Course.
With help from Miller's one-stroke improvement, the Thundering Herd bettered its team score by four from Day 1 to total 22-over-par 590 through 36 holes. Marshall is tied with host Old Dominion at ninth place going into the final 18-hole round.
Miller leads the team at 3-over 145, tied for 17th, followed by sophomore Clark Robinson (South Windsor, Conn.) in a tie for 26th at 5-over 147.
ON THE LEADERBOARD
James Madison tops the leaderboard at 7-over 575, followed by Hartford at 10-over 578. Campbell's Gaston Bertinotti leads the individual field at 5-under 137.
