Braves Too Bold for Herd

HUNTINGTON, W.Va.- The Marshall men's soccer team (0-3-2) dropped its first game at the ProRehab Aces Classic in Evansville, Ind with a 4-0 loss to the Bradley Braves (2-4-0).
AGAINST THE BRAVES
Bradley opened the scoring in the match with a goal from Jason Lesch just six minutes into the match. Lesch was able to dribble in from the left side and finish past Marshall Goalkeeper Bijan Gloston (Clarksville, Tenn.) from the six-yard box.
The second goal was scored in the 50thminute when Falk Dennert scored with a volley from a corner kick. Andrew Brown recorded the assist for the Braves on the play.
Bradley would then go on to score a third goal in the 53rdminute when Christian Okeke connected with a pass from the right end line at the six yard box.
Joe Morales scored the fourth and final goal for Bradley, after converting a deflection

Coach Bob Gray after Bradley match:
"Unfortunately it was a poor performance again tonight. Bradley got 5 shots and 4 goals and we didn't put anything in the net. Bradley is one of the hardest working teams we've played."
"We just have to keep working though. There was positive play from Mike Abraham who came off the bench and played really well."
