HUNTINGTON, W.Va. - Marshall softball's game against Florida Atlantic on Sunday has been canceled due to persistent rain in the Huntington area.

Play had not yet started before the game was called.

Marshall and the Owls split Saturday's games. Marshall won the second game 6-5 off of a walk-off by freshman Elicia D'Orazio. Marshall is now 29-11 (10-6 C-USA).

Marshall will next play Northern Kentucky at Dot Hicks Field Wednesday. The doubleheader starts at 2 p.m.
