PINEHURST, N.C. - Redshirt junior Davey Jude (Kermit, W.Va.) shot an even 71 on the first 18 holes of the 54-hole Pinehurst Intercollegiate to lead Marshall men' s golf on Thursday at Pinehurst No. 8.
As a group, the Thundering Herd tied for fourth among the 11-team field with a 13-over 297.
ON THE LEADERBOARD
Xavier leads the pack by four strokes at 4-over 288. Johnny Watts of Ball State had the best overall day at 2-under 69, followed by Xavier's Daniel Wetterich (1-under 70).
