Thundering Herd Announces Spring Game Date, Time

HUNTINGTON, W.Va. – The annual Marshall football Green and White spring football game will be Saturday, April 30 at 3:30 p.m., the department announced Tuesday.
Five dollar ($5) general admission tickets and $20 West Lot parking (per space) may be purchased in advance through HerdZone.com or by calling 800-THE-HERD.
The annual turning on the Memorial Fountain ceremony will be held at 12:30 p.m. earlier that afternoon.
The Thundering Herd went 10-3 last season, culminating with its 16-10 win over Connecticut in the St. Petersburg Bowl. Marshall is one of only seven FBS programs – and alone among 61 Group of Five conference programs – to have three straight seasons of at least 10 wins. The only schools with more consecutive double-digit seasons of success intact are Alabama (8), Clemson (5), Ohio State and Florida State (4 each).
