Tickets for Volleyball Capital Classic on Sale Aug. 8

HUNTINGTON, W.Va. – Tickets for the Capital Classic volleyball tournament will go on sale through the Charleston Civic Center box office, Marshall Athletics ticket office and Ticketmaster on Monday, Aug. 8, at 10 a.m.
 
Co-hosted by the Marshall and West Virginia volleyball teams, the tournament will take place Sept. 2-3 inside the Civic Center Coliseum. Indiana State and Morehead State will also compete in the event.
 
Tickets will be available online and by phone through Ticketmaster or in-person at the Charleston Civic Center Box Office. The cost of tickets will be $5 per day for the general public, $3 per ticket for youth under 18, seniors (55 and over) and groups of 10 or more. Group tickets are only available in-person at the Civic Center Box Office.
 
Herd fans can also purchase adult and youth tickets through the Marshall Athletics ticket office by visiting HerdZone.com or by calling 800-THE-HERD.
 
The Civic Center Box Office is located at 200 Civic Center Dr. in Charleston, West Virginia, and is open Monday-Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. It can also be reached by phone at 1-800-745-3000. Valid forms of payment include cash, American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and certified checks. Personal checks will not be accepted. 
 
First serve for the Capital Classic will take place at 10 am. on Friday, Sept. 2, when the Mountaineers face Indiana State. The Marshall-WVU match at 7:30 p.m. that evening will highlight the event as the Herd looks to reclaim the Golden Ball Trophy. The full tournament schedule can be found below.
