COACH'S CORNER
Quote from head coach John Mercer
This was one of our best matches that we have played this season. Winthrop is a very good team with two losses coming against top-35 teams, so to get a win today is huge. We'll look to continue that momentum into Sunday's match and get a weekend sweep.
