Marshall had its three-match win streak snapped in its last outing against Tulane. Liz Stefancic and Madi Ballow each picked up straight-sets singles wins but the Green Wave defeated the Herd, 5-2.

Prior to losing to Tulane, Marshall had defeated Middle Tennessee, UAB and New Orleans over an eight-day span.

Stefancic is currently on a six-match singles win streak dating back to the beginning of the month. Ballow has won each of her last four singles matches. Anna Smith and Daniela Dankanych are on a three-match win streak as a doubles pairing.

SCOUTING THE OPPONENT: CINCINNATI
Cincinnati enters the weekend with an 8-6 overall record and an 0-1 record in the American Athletic Conference. The Bearcats will play Memphis on Friday prior to playing the Thundering Herd on Saturday.

Antonella Bramato leads the Bearcats during dual match play with a 7-3 singles record. Bramato is on a two-match win streak and Anna Philp is on a three-match win streak, though Philp has played in just four singles matches during the spring season. Bramato and Alexia Coutino are the top doubles pairing for Cincinnati with a 9-4 record.
