Swimming and Diving to compete at Vanderbilt

1/17/2020 12:27:00 PM | Women's Swimming and Diving

HUNTINGTON, W.Va. – Vanderbilt hosts the Thundering Herd on Saturday at 11 a.m. at Centennial Sportsplex. The meet will only compete in swimming as Vanderbilt does not sponsor diving.

The Thundering Herd returns to action following their first dual meet of 2020 against Duquesne University. The Herd fell short in a close competition to the reigning Atlantic 10 Champions 198-210.

The last time the Commodores and Thundering Herd squared off, Vanderbilt took the win over Marshall 148-113.

"We are looking forward to going to Nashville and competing against an SEC program like Vanderbilt," Marshall head coach Ian Walsh said. "It is always an exciting meet for us in the spring. We've had a great couple weeks of training and I know our women are ready for the challenge on Saturday."
