HUNTINGTON, W.Va. – The Marshall University men's basketball team is scheduled to face the Toledo Rockets on Wednesday night at the Cam Henderson Center. The Herd is on a seven-game win streak dating back to last season.

MU took down Ohio on Sunday 81-67 at the Cam Henderson Center.
Taevion Kinsey and Jarrod West each recorded their 1,000th career point in Huntington in the contest becoming the 55th and 56th student-athletes, respectively, in Marshall men's basketball history to reach the plateau.
Kinsey scored a game-high 28 points in the victory, his second game of 20 or more points this season.
Andrew Taylor tied his career in rebounds with 10.
Mikel Beyers recorded his first double-figure scoring effort of the season with 13.
A win on Wednesday would mark the first eight-game win streak for the Herd since it started the 1999-00 season with a 10-0 record.
Marshall has outrebounded all four of its opponents this season.
Jannson Williams has blocked 158 shots in his career and is 25 from breaking Hassan Whiteside's program record of 182.
West has 215 career steals and needs 50 to break Eddie Basden of Charlotte's Conference USA record of 264.
THE SERIES
This will be the 60th meeting between the two programs. Toledo leads the all-time series 36-23 and won both meetings last season.
SCOUTING TOLEDO
The Rockets have four student-athletes averaging 10 or more points per contest with Setric Millner, Jr., leading the way with 15.7 points per game. Millner, Jr., is also bringing down a team-best 8.3 rebounds per contest.
Marreon Jackson is second on the team in scoring with 15.4 points and has a team-leading 35 assists this season.
Ryan Rollison is third in scoring with 13.6 points per game and Spencer Littleson is averaging 11.9 points in his seven games this season. Littleson has made 23 of his 48 shots from three-point range, 47.9 percent.
