Women’s Golf Finishes Action at Charlotte Invitational

Kochan shots even-par final round
CHARLOTTE, N.C. – The Marshall University women's golf team concluded the Fall at the Charlotte Invitational on Tuesday.
"I'm really proud of the fight I saw today out of the team," Herd women's golf head coach Brooke Burkhammer said. "We showed resiliency and finished the fall season with a better round. Now we rest up and get back to work to prepare for the spring season while also finishing the semester out strong academically."
Freshman Olivia Kochan closed out the event with an even-par 72 during the final round to finish in a tie for 22nd.
Sophomore Emily McLatchey had three birdies during the event en route to finishing in a tie for 26th.
Freshman Abbey Bull had three birdies during the first round of the tournament.
