No. 9 Herd Men’s Soccer to Open NCAA Tournament at Elon

Kickoff is scheduled for 6 p.m. on Thursday
HUNTINGTON, W.Va. – The ninth-ranked Marshall University men's soccer team is headed to Elon, North Carolina, on Thursday to battle the Elon Phoenix in the first round of the 2022 NCAA Men's Soccer Tournament at 6 p.m.
The Herd is coming off a 10-3-3 season as it enters its fourth straight NCAA Tournament.
If Marshall wins on Thursday, it will travel to Charlottesville, Virginia, for a matchup against the Virginia Cavaliers, the fourth seed in the tournament.
