Remainder of Thundering Herd March Madness to be determined

HUNTINGTON, W.Va. – Day two of Marshall softball's home tournament, Thundering Herd March Madness, has been canceled on Saturday due to inclement weather.

The remainder of the schedule for Sunday has yet to be determined. Stay tuned to Herdzone.com as well as Marshall softball on social media for further updates.

The Herd won both of its games on Friday with an 8-0 win over Fairfield and then a 7-6 comeback victory over Norfolk State. Fairfield won the first game of the day on Friday, 4-3, over Western Carolina. The Catamounts then took the final game on Friday, 12-4, over Norfolk State.
