HUNTINGTON, W.Va. – The Marshall University Volleyball team (10-12, 2-6 Sun Belt) returns to the Cam Henderson Center as it hosts App State (12-7, 3-5 Sun Belt).

PRE-MATCH NOTES

Marshall is beginning on a four-match homestand with Friday's contest.
As a team, MU ranks 18th in the nation in team digs with 1,263 while sitting 36th in kills at 1,008 and 40th with 831 assists.
Brynn Brown sits fourth nationally with three triple-doubles this season.
Lydia Montague's 83 blocks rank second in the conference, 59th in the country.

APP STATE

The Mountaineers have won their last three contests, including a pair of matches last weekend against ULM.
App State sits second in the conference, 32nd nationally, in blocks per set.
Maya Winterhoff ranks 20th in the nation and leads the Sun Belt with 93 blocks this season.
