Three-day meet begins Thursday in Indiana

HUNTINGTON, W.Va. – The Marshall University Swimming & Diving continues its season at the Purdue Invitational beginning with a three-day meet beginning on Thursday in West Lafayette, Indiana.
The Herd will pay tribute to the Young Thundering Herd this weekend by donning caps with the team's logo from the 1971 season.
MEET INFORMATION
Date: Thursday, November 16 – Saturday, November 18
Time: Prelims at 10:30 a.m./Finals at 6 p.m. (all three days)
Location: West Lafayette, Indiana (Morgan J. Burke Aquatic Center)

MARSHALL NOTES
- This gets back in the pool after it's inaugural Sun Belt Conference dual at James Madison on November 4.
- Eszter Laban won her second SBC Swimmer of the Week award on November 9. The native of Budapest, Hungary, completed a clean sweep winning all three of her events at the dual taking the 1000 Freestyle (10:30.40), 200 Butterfly (2:04.94) and the 500 Freestyle (5:08.09).
- In diving at the dual, Grace Kelsheimer set a new personal record in the 1m dive with a score of 291.90 to qualify for the NCAA Diving Zones in the event.
