HUNTINGTON, W.Va. – The Marshall University volleyball team (9-7, 1-1 Sun Belt) travels to Atlanta, Georgia, for a pair of matches against Georgia State Panthers (3-10, 0-2 Sun Belt) for its first two road Sun Belt Conference matches.

PRE-MATCH NOTES

Marshall split its opening two SBC matches against Old Dominion last week in Huntington with its win coming in a sweep on Friday.
As a team, MU ranks ninth in the nation in team digs with 920 and 18th in kills at 748.
Bria Samilton has 26 service aces this season, ranking 21st in the country and third in the Sun Belt.
Lydia Montague's 59 blocks rank fourth in the conference.

GEORGIA STATE

The Panthers fell in its first two conference matches of the season to Coastal Carolina last week.
GSU sits in third in the league in digs per set (16.00).
Livy Kowalkowski leads the SBC with 5.16 digs per set and is second in total digs at 253.
