Cross Country Travels to Falcon Invitational for Final Tune-Up Before Conference Meet

HUNTINGTON, W.Va. – Marshall Cross Country travels to Ohio for the Bowling Green Falcon Invitational Friday from the BGSU Cross Country Course.Â
The Men's 8K begins at 4:30 p.m. Friday afternoon with the Women's 5K to follow at 5:10 p.m.
"This is going to be a great meet, it will be a small-meet setting which is a little different from our last two meets, and it will simulate the conference championship really well which is exciting," Head Coach Caleb Bowen said. "Really excited to see how our group responds overall running in the mix of a smaller meet. We are going to develop some new strategies to be able to run as a pack a little better, both men's and women's side, that is going to be our main focus for the meet because in the conference meet setting, running as a pack is going to be super important and getting as low as score as possible. Really excited, going to be a fun weekend, excited to see how we compete."Â
