Herd to honor four seniors on Saturday
HUNTINGTON, W.Va. – The No. 68 Marshall University Tennis team (17-4, 5-3 SBC) closes out the home portion of against Texas State (15-4, 6-2 SBC) on Saturday for Senior Day.
SENIOR DAY
Herd Tennis will honor Kylie Fisher, Sophia Hurrion, Aisling McGrane and Emma Vanderheyden in a pre-match ceremony for their contributions to the program.

PREMATCH NOTES
- The Herd took both of their home matches last weekend over Georgia Southern and Coastal Carolina.
- Marshall has been stout in doubles with the pairings of Emma Vanderheyden/Alina Mokrynskaya, Sophia Hurrion/Aisling McGrane and Johanna Strom/Nel Van Hout sporting 11-4, 12-3 and 12-3 records.
- In singles, Aisling McGrane sits 11-4 and Sophia Hurrion at 15-5 in singles during the Spring.
SCOUTING TEXAS STATE
- The Bobcats split a pair of matches last weekend defeating James Madison and falling to Old Dominion.
- At No. 1 singles, Kiana Graham is 9-4 in duals in 2025.
- Graham and Callie Creath are 10-4 at No. 3 doubles with Sofia Fortuno and Ireland Simme sitting 5-0 at No. 1 in SBC play.
