Herd Tennis Returns Home for Pair of Matches

HUNTINGTON, W.Va. – The Marshall University Tennis Team (9-7) returns for its first home matches since February as it hosts the James Madison Dukes and Old Dominion Monarchs.

The Herd is set for its first home matches since February 20 when it hosted West Virginia.

Marshall captured a pair of wins at Western Carolina and App State last weekend.

Johanna Strom is 8-2 this spring in singles, including 7-2 at the number one position.

At the number two singles position, Polina Gumeniuk sits with an 8-1 record during the spring.

Alina Mokrynska is on an eight-match winning streak at number three with an overall record of 10-2.
