HUNTINGTON, W.Va. – The No. 12 Marshall University Men's Soccer Team hits the road for the first time in 2026 with a contest at UC Santa Barbara on Thursday at 10 p.m. EST/7 p.m. PST.

- The Herd has spent the last 2,400-plus days in the top 25 of the United Soccer Coaches Poll after moving up to number 12 in this week's poll on Tuesday.
- Marshall opened the season with a 2-1 win at Hoops Family Field on Thursday over Fairfield.
- Adam N'Goran tallied the game-winning goal with five seconds left with assists from Ryan Holmes and Nikita Pakhomov.
-Goncalo Machado also scored his first goal at MU.
