HUNTINGTON, W.Va. – The Marshall University Men's Soccer Team was tabbed No. 17 in the 2026 United Soccer Coaches Preseason Poll.
The Thundering Herd has been ranked in every poll since entering the poll 2,481 days ago on October 19, 2019.
Marshall is coming off a 12-4-5 season in 2025 after reaching its seventh consecutive NCAA Tournament.
MU is set for a pair of exhibitions at Seton Hall on Sunday and at home against Charleston on August 15 before opening the 2026 regular season at Hoops Family Field against Fairfield on August 20.
