Marshall Men’s Golf Trio Named 2025-26 GCAA All-American Scholars

Jarvis, Ropietski, Woodburn all earn national accolades for academic, athletic success
HUNTINGTON, W.Va. – Marshall Men's Golf had three members of its 2025-26 team named as Cobalt Golf All-American Scholars recently, the GCAA announced.
Marshall's three award winners included Cael Ropietski, Cameron Jarvis and Jackson Woodburn.
Those three players were among 649 NCAA Division I athletes from 210 difference schools to earn the 2025-26 Cobalt Golf All-America Scholar honors.
To be eligible for Cobalt Golf All-America Scholar nomination, an individual must be a sophomore, junior or senior both academically and athletically in NCAA Division I, II and III, plus NAIA or they must be receiving their associate'd degree and in their last year of athletic eligibility in the NJCAA.
In addition, they must participate in 50 percent of their team's competitive rounds, have a stroke average under 76.0 in NCAA Division I and maintain a minimum cumulative career GPA of 3.2.
Nominees must also be of high moral character and be in good standing at their college or university.
