2023 (Graduate Senior): Competed in all six meets for Marshall in final season, leading the Herd men in every race...Set two personal records in final season while earning Second Team All-Sun Belt ... Set PR in the 6K at the Virginia Tech Invitational ... Finished fourth at Thundering Herd Invitational 6K home meet ... Finished seventh at Sun Belt Conference Championship to earn Second Team distinction ... Finished career at NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional, racing a 30:56.7, a personal record.

2022 Second Team All-Sun Belt

2022 (Senior): Competed in all six meets for Marshall as a senior...Opened season at Mike Baumer XC Classic, racing a 15:49.5...Improved time at each of the three regular season 8k meets, with a time of 25:23.7 at BGSU Falcon Invitational...Earned Second Team All-Sun Belt, finishing in 11th at the Sun Belt Championships, racing a time of 24:45.7...Finished season with 10k PR of 31:40.2 at NCAA Mid-Atlantic Championships.

2021 (Junior): Competed in five meets as a junior...opened the year with 27:19.1 8K time at Virginia Invitational...set a season PR of 25:57.9 at the Conference USA Championships, finishing in 32nd....competed in 10K at NCAA DI Mid-Atlantic Region Championships, racing a time of 33:01.1.

2020 (Sophomore): Competed in two meets in the shortened season … began the year with an 8th place finish at the Blue Ridge Open dual meet at Appalachian State with a time of 26:59.3 in the 8K … improved that time two weeks later at the Conference USA Championships hosted by UAB with a time of 26:04.5, finishing 36th.

2019 (Freshman): Competed in 5/6 meets for Marshall…began his season with a 7th place finish in the Winthrop Adidas Invitational in which the team won the meet…set a PR at the Louisville Classic 8K with a time of 24:29.5 and a 39th place finish which was the best for a Marshall runner…finished a season-best 3rd at the Evansville Invitational with a time of 25:27.6…finished 27th at the Conference USA Cross Country Championships with a time of 25:23.1…finished in 33:07.8 at his first collegiate 10K at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regionals … named to the C-USA Commissioner’s Honor Roll for maintaining a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or better.

Prior to Marshall: As a senior in 2018, he finished sixth in the MHSAA Division 1 State Cross Country Championship. He also finished eighth in the prestigious Mid-East Cross Country Championships. In track, White ran a PR of 9:05.28 in the 3200 at the Golden West Invitational and finished third in the MHSAA Division I State Track and Field Championship as well as leading his 4x800 team to a third-place finish with a time of 7:49.47.
