2017: Competed in 5/6 meets for the Herd…ran a time of 17:32.1 at the season opening 5K at the Morehead State Eagle Opener…ran a time of 29:21.8 at the Commodore Classic 8K…returned to action at the VertCross Invitational with a time of 27:45.46 in an 8K…ran a season best 8K time at the Conference USA Championship Meet with a time of 27:19.59…ran in 35:10.1 at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regionals 10K.
2016: Ran in 5/6 of the team’s meets…finished in 36th at Morehead State Eagle Opener running in 17:13.3…in first collegiate 8K at Commodore Classic ran in 28:17.8…lowered that time at open race at Joe Piane Notre Dame Invitational in 43rd place finish (27:09.0)…set personal best at HPU VertCross Invitational with a time of 27:01.93…finished in 55th at C-USA Championships with a time of 27:22.1.
Prior to Marshall: Person bests of 16:12 in the 5k, 10:16.02 in the 3200m, 4:24.83 in the 1600m, and 2:00.04 for 800m. Placed 6th at the West Virginia State High School Cross Country Championships. Member of the 2015 West Virginian State Champion 4x800m Relay Team.
