2018: Competed in 6/6 meets for Marshall, where he was the top team finisher in two of the meets…made history by becoming only the fourth runner in school history to place on multiple All-Conference USA teams…he followed up his 2017 All-C-USA honors by finishing 14th at the 2018 C-USA Cross Country Championships in Boca Raton, Florida to earn second-team honors, which was the highest finish by a Marshall runner at the conference meet since David Caldwell in 2012…his 8K time of 24:58.76 was a personal record…joined teammate Alex Minor as only the fifth duo to earn All-C-USA honors in the same season…began the season with a 5K collegiate personal best in the Queen City Invitational with a time of 16:16.7…led the team in the John McNichols Invitational with a time of 26:02.2 in the 8K and finished overall in 23rd…ran in 26:05.0 at the Paul Short Invitational…finished 17th at the VertCross Invitational with a time of 26:18.4…concluded his collegiate career at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regionals 10K with a time of 33:07.5.
2017: Competed in 6/6 meets for the Herd, finishing in the top-three for Marshall in all of the meets…earned All-Conference USA honors for the first time in his career with a 21st place finish and season best 8K time of 25:23.10 at the Conference USA Championship Meet…began the season with a 5K time of 16:21.3 at the Morehead State Eagle Opener…ran in 26:08.5 at the Commodore Classic 8K…ran in 26:18.9 at the 5-mile Joe Piane Notre Dame Invitational…ran in 26:11.31 at the VertCross Invitational…concluded the season with a time of 32:13.7 at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regionals 10K.
2016: Ran in all six of the team’s meets…finished in 15th at the Morehead State Eagle Opener, running in 16:18.4…ran in 26:31.4 at Commodore Classic, finishing in 98th…set best time at Joe Piane Notre Dame Invitational with a time of 26:28.0…ran in 27:55.92 at HPU VertCross Invitational…at C-USA Championships ran a time of 26:44.3, finishing in 45th…ran in 32:53 at Mid-Atlantic Regionals 10K.
2015: Competed in all six events for the Herd, placing 11th with a time of 26:55.9 at the first event of the season, the Early Bird Invite (Sept. 5) … at the Commodore Classic, the Herd’s top finisher with a time of 26:19.0 (Sept. 19) … at the Greater Louisville Classic, finishing with a time of 26:12.97 (Oct. 3) … at the Cross Country National Invite, placing 3rd with his best time of 25:08.6 (Oct.17) … at the Conference USA Championship, finishing in 26th with a time of 25:51.9 (Oct. 31) … in the last meet of his season, the Mid-Atlantic Regional, ending with a time of 32:46.5 (Nov. 15).
