R-SENIOR SEASON (2019): After wrapping up career at Marshall, became the first specialist taken in the 2020 NFL Draft, picked in the fifth round (No. 159 overall) by the New England Patriots … Talented specialist who handled field goals and kickoffs … Played in all 13 games … Dominant final collegiate season led to him being named the Conference USA Special Teams Most Valuable Player … Was also named the team’s Special Teams MVP at the end-of-season banquet … First team all-conference member for Conference USA … Named the Conference USA Special Teams Player of the Week for Oct. 28 … Finished the season making 18 of 21 field goals … Season long of 53 yards … Of his three misses, one was blocked … Also made 35 of 36 extra point attempts … Primary person for kickoff duties … 62 kickoffs averaged 60.4 yards, including 33 touchbacks … Made his first 11 field goals of the season … Did not miss until a 28-yard field goal was blocked at Rice on Nov. 2 … Connected on field goals of 38 and 37 yards in a win vs. Ohio … Two field goals at MT … Booted a 45-yarder in a win against ODU … Field goals of 30 and 25 yards in a win at FAU … Career-best game against WKU in which he made 4 of 4 field goals and 2 of 2 extra points, accounting for 14 of Marshall’s 26 points in a last-second win … Against WKU, made a 53-yard field goal as time expired to give the Herd the win … Game-winning kick was also a career long … Earned conference Player of the Week honors for his performance against WKU … Made 2 of 3 field goals against Rice … 2 of 2 field goals in the rain against Charlotte … Made only field goal attempt in the Gasparilla Bowl against UCF … Dazzled at Marshall Pro Day in March, making 12 of 13 field goals with a long of 58, and a lone miss of 65 yards that was wide right but had the distance … In April, game-winning kick against WKU won Marshall football’s Play of the Year via fan vote on social media … Selected by the New England Patriots in the fifth round – Pick 159 – in April’s NFL Draft; was the first specialist selected in the 2020 NFL Draft.

R-JUNIOR SEASON (2018): Played in all 13 games … Handled field goals, extra points and kickoffs during his first season with the Herd … Made 15 of 21 field goal attempts, with a long of 40 … Made 44 of 46 extra point attempts … 71 kickoffs averaged 61.0 yards, including 30 touchbacks … Made his first MU field goal against Eastern Kentucky … 2-for-2 on field goals against N.C. State … A pair of field goals in a win at WKU … Nailed a 33-yard field goal against Middle Tennessee … Opened the scoring in a win against FAU with a 40-yard field goal, his season long … 24-yard field goal at Southern Miss … Perfect 3-for-3 on field goals in a win against Charlotte … Three field goals vs. UTSA … Accounted for 8 points in Marshall’s Gasparilla Bowl victory against USF on Dec. 20, including 1-for-1 on field goals and 5-for-5 on extra points … Recovered two fumbles on the season, becoming one of two FBS players since 2000 to have at least two fumble recoveries in a season without record a tackle.
 
HERD FILE: Rated a two-star prospect by 247sports.com ... Played two seasons at the University of Rhode Island, where he connected on 15 of 20 field goal attempts and 39 of 40 extra-point attempts ... Set a Rhode Island record for points in a game by a kicker with 14 at Elon (three field goals, five extra points), which led to Colonial Athletic Association Special Teams Player of the Week honors.
