Torrence Brown joined the football staff as a Defensive Graduate Assistant in March of 2022. Prior to his arrival at Marshall, he was a Defensive Line Coach at Eastern New Mexico University from 2021-22 and the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire from 2020-21 

Brown was a Defensive End for Penn State from 2014-2018 where he transitioned into a student assistant.  

He graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Recreation, Park and Tourism Management from The Pennsylvania State University in 2018.
