William Drew was hired as the Assistant Director of Player Personnel in June 2022. Prior to joining the football staff, Drew played football at Hampton University and Bowie State University. He was the Assistant Recruiting Coordinator at Bowie State University from 2020-2022. 
He earned his Bachelor's degree in Sports Management and Business and his Master's degree in Human Resources Development from Bowie State University. 
Drew is originally from Fort Washington, Maryland.
