2011 (Junior): Games Played/Started: 16/16... Started every game he played in for the Herd... Commanded a central defensive midfield role and accrued 6 points from 2 goals and 2 assists for the season... Provided one assist in the 4-0 win over Winthrop... Scored both of his goals - including the game-winning golden goal - in the team[apos]s 2-1 overtime victory against Tulsa in Sam Hood Field[apos]s final game on senior night... Assisted Tom Jackson[apos]s goal in the 3-4 quarterfinal loss to SMU at the Conference USA Tournament... Took 16 shots on the season.
2010 (Sophomore): Games Played/Started: 12/11... Suffered an early season injury but came back to play in and start six Conference USA games... Scored one goal on the season against South Carolina in a 4-1 win.
2009 (R-Freshman): Played in 18 games while starting seven, six of which came in C-USA action... Recorded the fourth most points on the team with seven... Had three goals: Ohio Valley University, FIU and Memphis (game-winning goal)... One assist coming against SMU... Connected on penalty kick attempt against UAB in C-USA semi-final shootout victory... Named to the Conference USA All-Freshman Team... Conference USA All-Tournament Team.
2008: Redshirted as a freshman
Prior to Marshall: Competed at Pinellas Park High School under coach Chip Bruce... Named Rookie of the Year during freshman campaign... Named defensive MVP in 2007... Played club soccer with Strictly Soccer FC for nine years... With club team won three Atlanta Cup championships, two Plantation Cup Championships and two Disney Championships.
Personal: Born May 2, 1990... Son of Gregory and Elizabeth Perkins... Brother Daylan (10) and sister Destiny (6)... Also ran track at Pinellas and worked as a swim instructor... Plans to major in Criminal Justice.
