Prior to Marshall:
Played one season for head coach Sabrina Manhart at Daytona Beach (Fla.) Community College...Batted leadoff, hitting .300 en route to earning second team All-Conference honors...Led team to second-place finish in the state of Florida...Finished top 20 in stolen bases in Florida...played summer ball for the Contra Costa Cobras, Xtreme Gold, Runnin Rebels Gold and Mize Diamonds Gold...went to Nationals with Mize Diamonds Gold in 1998, 1999, 2000, 2003 and 2005.
High School:
Was a four-year letterwinner at Northgate High School for head coach Al Azevedo...Also lettered in basketball and volleyball...Was named MVP, team captain and was a second team All-League selection, batting .410 as a lead-off hitter...Was also an All-Tournament team selection, MVP and team captain for her high school basketball team.
