2021-22 (Junior): Raced at the Marshall Women's Classic, racing a 2:55.32 800.
2020-21 (Sophomore): Did not compete … named to the C-USA Commissioner’s Honor Roll for maintaining a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or better.
2019-20 (Freshman): Competed in four meets in the shortened season … twice ran the 600m, where she set a season-best at the Marshall Invitational in 1:54.74 … named to the C-USA Commissioner’s Honor Roll for maintaining a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or better … Outdoor season canceled due to Covid-19
High School: Attended Parkersburg High School … Lettered in track & field all four years and lettered in soccer three times … Was Track & Field Team captain … Placed seventh in the MSAC Championship 400 and eighth at the Region IV AAA Championship, just missing all-region honors … Was a 2019 West Virginia AAA Qualifier in the 4x100, 4x200 and 4x400 … 2018 West Virginia AAA State Qualifier in the 4x200, 4x400 and 4x800 … 2017 West Virginia AAA State Qualifier in the 4x400 … Was also team captain on the soccer team, a part of the Leadership Team and was a second team All-MSAC Midfielder.
Personal: Born May 1, 2001 … Daughter of Greg and Brooke Balog … Had three younger siblings Connor, Trinity and Kingston … Chose Marshall because, “my dad graduated from Marshall and I have wanted to go there since I was a little girl.” … Plans to major in biology with a minor in chemistry.
