2022-23 (Senior): Set two school records in 13 meets in senior season ... Opened season with a third place finish in the mile and a personal record time of 4:58.37 ... Broke 10 minutes in 3K at Brant Tolmsa Invitational, with a time of 9:55.74, breaking the record before record broken by Abby Herring later in season ... Set 5K school record at Lenny Lyles Invitational with a 17:22.38, finishing sixth ... Member of the runner-up DMR team at the Sun Belt Indoor Championships ... Finished third in the steeplechase at the USF Invitational, before winning the event at the Jesse Owens Classic, with a 10:48.59, a school record ... Finished season scoring at the steeplechase at the Sun Belt Outdoor Championships
2021-22 (Junior): Competed in every meet for Marshall, setting two new indoor records...Set indoor 3000 record at the C-USA Indoor Championships, racing a 9:56.56...part of the DMR record-breaking team at the same championships, racing an 11:56.25...Set three new personal records in the outdoor season, in the 1500 (4:39.47), 5000 (18:09.69), and 3000S (11:08.65)

2021-22 Conference USA Commissioner’s Honor Roll: GPA 3.00 or better
2020-21 (Sophomore): Competed in every meet for the Thundering Herd … set two personal records at the Conference USA Outdoor Championships … in the 3000m steeplechase ran the 4th best time in school history in 11:17.52 to finish 8th and earn a point in team standings … also set a collegiate best in the 5000m with a time of 18:14.76 ... earned three 5th place finishes including in the Charlotte Invitational in the steeple … named to the C-USA Commissioner's Honor Roll and awarded the C-USA Academic Medal for achieving a cumulative GPA of 3.75 or better.
2019-20 (Freshman): Competed in six meets in the shortened season … part of two winning DMR squads at the Thundering Herd Invitational and Marshall Invitational, as well as at the Conference USA Championships which earned team points for Marshall with a 7th place finish and was the 3rd-fastest time in school history … set her top 3000m time at the Thundering Herd Invitational with a 9th place finish and time of 10:30.01 … named to the C-USA Commissioner's Honor Roll and awarded the C-USA Academic Medal for achieving a cumulative GPA of 3.75 or better … Outdoor season canceled due to Covid-19.
Prior to Marshall: Smith comes to the Herd as one of the most decorated Single A runners in the State of West Virginia. She is a two-time state meet qualifier with a highest place of eighth, receiving all-state honors in the A/AA race. She is the 2018 State Champion in the 1600, three-time runner-up in the 800.
