A four-year letterwinner at forward from 2007-2010, she holds the MU record for most career goals (23) and is second in school history with eight game-winners. In 2009, she tied for most consecutive matches with a goal (four). She has the third-most career points (54) and posted back-to-back campaigns with the second-most goals scored in a season (nine in 2008 and 2009).
Other accolades include All-Conference USA second team (2009, 2010), C-USA Player of the Week (2008, 2010), National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) all-region second team (2010), NSCAA Scholar all-region honorable mention (2009), C-USA All-Academic second team (2009) and C-USA Commissioner's Honor Roll (2007-10).
Prior to Marshall, Duncan played for the Scottish women's national team at the U17 and U19 levels and was a squad player for the full national team.
After she graduated with a bachelor's in exercise science in 2011, Duncan continued her career at Marshall by pursuing a master's degree in sport administration, graduating in May 2013. During graduate school she worked as a personal trainer at the Marshall Campus Recreation Center.
Erika works closely with the local club, WVFC, and is coach of the U18 age group.
