Prior to Marshall: First-Team All-NCAC selection in tennis for her junior and senior years at Fairmont Senior High... Qualified for the state tournament as a senior... Had an overall record of 19-9 while also lettering in soccer, softball, and cheerleading.
Personal: Daughter of Ronnie and Darla Retton... Father, Ronnie, played baseball at WVU... Cousin of teammate Karli Timko... Grandfather played pro baseball for the NY Yankees... Her Aunt Mary Lou Retton was an American gymnast who won a gold medal at the 1984 Olympics... Has one brother, Ronnie Retton III...
