Aly Harrell joins the staff in 2023 after a successful playing career with the Thundering Herd.
The Gahanna, Ohio native excelled on and off the diamond for Marshall University, winning the senior CLASS award as well as winning the 2022 Warrior Award. Harrell was a four-time All-Conference and All-Region member. Harrell played in 220 total games with 215 starts in her Marshall career. She ended career ranked third among active players in career walks, seventh in hit-by-pitches, tied for 15th home runs, 19th in total bases, 20th in slugging percentage, and 27th in RBI.
Harrell serves as the first base coach, as well as overseeing external operations for the program.
