Josie Rollins joined Marshall University in March 2025 as the Assistant Athletic Director for Compliance and Legal Services.

She brings a strong background in NCAA compliance, academic services, and institutional policy, with prior experience at Presbyterian College, Limestone University, Charleston Southern University, and Anderson University.

Josie holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Anderson University.
