Baseball to Offer Deal to Youth on Little League Rosters

Huntington, W.Va.?The Marshall University baseball team has lowered child ticket prices for a key conference doubleheader against the University of Miami on Saturday, April 27, at 1:00 p.m. at University Heights. Members of Little League Baseball or any youth league baseball organization will receive admission to the doubleheader for only one dollar, a savings of two dollars off the regular price.

Prizes will be given away throughout the day and children will have the opportunity to win coupons for pizza, compact discs, t-shirts as well as other great prizes.

Miami is currently third in the Mid-American Conference East Division with a record of 20-16 overall, 7-5 in the conference. Marshall is fifth in the MAC East with a record of 13-21 overall, 4-7 in conference.

Marshall will first travel to the University of Dayton to face the Flyers on Wednesday, April 24, at 3:00 p.m.
