Track to Compete in Scarlet and Gray Invitational

The Marshall women?s track and field team will travel to Columbus, Ohio this weekend to compete in the Scarlet and Gray Invitational on Saturday, Feb. 20.

The team is going into the competition after competing last weekend in Blacksburg, Va., at the Virginia Tech Challenge. Senior Varinka Barbinin (Flanders, N.J.) placed 13th in the mile breaking a school record with a time of 5:08.53.

Start time is set for 10 a.m. in French Fieldhouse on the campus of Ohio State University.
